Hewwo! Yes, as long as the characters have them on their person during their canon point, they can still access them! Magical items work the same as magical powers though - starting at Lvl. 1 power, only working in the Dodo House in the OFF world for now, etc.

Nu says that once they leave the Dodo House, Visons/Delusions can turn into clip-on earrings. I think this is funny so I'm including it in the answer.
