In this case, we'll treat it similarly to a power - so she'll have access to this ability in Dodo House, but once she leaves and exists generally in the OFF world she'll have to learn to use her phone for this like an average person. She can regain the ability to use it in the OFF world later on, same way as other people would regain their magic!
