Hello, hello! At the moment, Lightning is most closely aligned with the Light Element! It can serve as an Electro (or any Electricity-based magic) stand-in more effectively than other elements. Fire cannot summon lightning, and Wind element might be able to affect weather but it cannot conjure lightning all on its own. Hope that helps!
