i am just here before i figure out what to tag your inbox with but i was struck by the stupid idea of hikari also going out drinking for funsies despite being broke so what if

one day they met at a bar or whatever because hikari saw that kaveh was stressed about money while paying for his drinks so as a rando he offered to cover...... and then the next time they met kaveh saw that actually hikari has the exact same problem so kaveh offered to cover for him......... and now they're trapped in this pointless loop of paying for each other even though neither of them can afford it actually

also something about bonding over the value of helping others i guess
