good tho. AU ruby would have been so miserable about rin leaving her behind in Rich People Hell but was too cynical and anxious and self-loathing to reach out on her own and try to continue the relationship so she just resigned herself to it..... real ruby realising she has new abandonment issues on top of all her existing ones and just being like yeah that seems about right
